Enterprise partner programs

Lead generation programs architected and pitched to three major enterprise advertisers: integrated content, research, retargeting, and delivery designed to land in the partner's CRM ready to work.

Problem

An enterprise partner buying lead gen doesn't just want a list of names. They want qualified people, reached across a few channels in the right order, delivered in a shape their CRM and sellers can work the same week. Each of these had to be designed and sold through internally before anything could run.

What I built

The program architecture

The partner's pipeline goal drives three channels at once, content, research, and retargeting, in the right order. One flagship deliverable, a year-end insight report, anchors the rest. Delivery is designed to land in the partner's CRM in a shape their sellers can work the same week, with no cleanup first.

The program, by the numbers.

Three pitches on one structure

For a national wireless carrier, a two-tier product structure, so the program could serve different buyer depths at different price points. For an enterprise software company, an integrated partnership spanning content, research, and retargeting. For a hiring platform, enterprise lead generation on the same architecture.

Outcome

All three stopped at the pitch stage, so the programs never ran and there are no revenue numbers to claim. The structure is the part I can show, and it's the part that transfers.
