  • n8n: 52 workflows across three systems (the job search machine, Stedd, and Life OS), 36 active in production. The status rail at the top of this page counts them live.
  • Claude Code: the build tool behind Stedd, the job search machine, the event pacing app, and this site.
  • Anthropic API: transcript QA, prompt patching, and parsing inside the Stedd stack.
  • ChatGPT Enterprise: custom GPTs trained on the operating playbook standards.
  • Retell and Twilio: the voice agent with live calendar booking; a self-hosted ConversationRelay prototype sits in the stedd-voice repo.
  • MCP servers: tool integrations across the automation stacks.

Infrastructure and operations

  • Cloudflare Workers: the wardrobe API and the Stedd uptime monitor.
  • Postgres: the Stedd production database, with nightly logical backups.
  • Notion: pipeline databases for the job search, Life OS, the wardrobe system, and the achievement inventory this site is fact-checked against.
  • Smartsheet and Monday.com: stood up the Smartsheet marketing instance; leading the Monday.com migration.
  • Bizzabo: the API under the event pacing dashboard.
  • Gong, DocSend, MediaRadar, Jira: the supporting cast: call review, content tracking, competitive intel, and work management.
