A short bio, then the farm

I live in Warwick, NY. Eleven years at Forbes, where I run demand generation as an executive director; the work is all over this site. MBA and BBA in marketing from Ithaca College. In 2026 I founded Stedd, a revenue recovery product for trades businesses, which mostly happens after the boys are asleep.

Shortest honest description of me: I like taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and building something more complicated than I probably needed.

Finished. The chickens moved in.

The coop got designed, built, and partially rebuilt after the chickens found the flaws. The fence line keeps growing, and the cars get fixed in the shop. None of this is for show. It's just what weekends look like out here.

All of it seasonal, which is most of why we live here.
