v2.7.2. The demo call is real: a synthesized homeowner calls the live Stedd line, the agent takes the painting job, gets the name and number, books Saturday at nine, and hangs up. Retell's word-timed transcript drives the player; the pauses between turns are trimmed to a beat.
v2.7.1. The phone nav takes five columns so Notes fits on one row.
v2.7.0. The site starts to run: a paid-budget model in the proof grid that does arithmetic on two inventory numbers, a demo call player on the Stedd page with a transcript that follows the audio and a report card that books the estimate when the call ends (placeholder audio until the call is recorded), two loops drawn from the Morning Round's own digest and a real run's node timings, a Notes section with three pieces and an RSS feed, and the meta pass: per-page cards, canonical links, structured data, sitemap, robots. The revenue sparkline was skipped because the inventory holds no per-year series, and nothing was interpolated.
v2.6.2. The headshot rebuilt with a matting model so the hair edge holds at 2x, and the farm section recomposed: the two coops as a square two-up, the pond and the boys on one row, under two viewports on a desktop.
v2.6.1. Diagrams drawn in seven grammars instead of one, the headshot rebuilt at 4:5, an About carousel with nine slides, the strip in full color, the proof numerals counting from 85%, and a photo intake pass that pulled the clean shop shot, the boat, the skis, the tractor, the trail, and the dogs in the surf out of the library.
v2.6.0. The visual pass: real screens and photos in frames on the home page, the status rail back under the nav and live through a Cloudflare Worker, a photo strip, a five-cell proof grid, every case study rebuilt as subsections with one figure each, the headshot on a dark ground, and a fixed motion budget.
v2.4.0. The real photography lands: the coop, the pond, the barn, the frozen lake, the fireworks rig. The Life OS, wardrobe, and Home Assistant systems get plates drawn from live data. Cutover to the root domain.
v2.3.0. The design pass gets teeth: kinetic headlines, scroll reveals, a glass rail, a scroll progress thread, a bento proof grid with hard shadows, steel and anvil photography as material texture.
v2.1.0. Full v2 preview: seven case studies, the Stedd founder page, the lab, the stack, operating principles, this page and its siblings. Workflow diagrams rendered from live exports.
